What Were Looking For

Registered Nurse qualification and valid UK NMC Pin

Director-level leadership experience or a minimum of 5 years as a Nursing Home Manager
Proven history of managing large nursing homes with Good or Outstanding CQC outcomes
Strong understanding of complex needs mental health conditions and dementia care
Excellent knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical governance
Confident compassionate leader with excellent communication skills
Ability to drive quality performance and resident satisfaction
