Cottonwood Creek Dental a trusted practice supported by Mosaic Dental Collective is looking for an upbeat dependable and team-oriented Dental Assistant (DA) to join us in Eagle ID. Whether youre taking x-rays prepping rooms or offering a calm word to a nervous patient youll be at the heart of what makes our care exceptional. Shift: Mon- Thur 8am-5pm some Fridays 8am-1pm

What Youll Do

• Assist the dentist during a wide range of clinical procedures
• Prepare and sterilize rooms and instruments with care and consistency
• Take digital x-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Educate patients on post-op care and oral health maintenance
• Help keep the day flowing with a proactive can-do attitude

What You Bring

• 2 years of experience preferred but not required.
• Radiology certification and CPR certification preferred
• Experience with dental software (e.g. Dentrix or similar) is a plus
• A friendly calm and professional demeanor
• A team-first mindset with great communication skills

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent and specified training courses as mandated by state for certification licensure or registration
• 2 years of RDA experience preferred
• Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state
• Highly organized and attentive to patients needs
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Must be able to explain procedures and educate patients.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and exhibit a compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a diverse dental team.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
