As the Oracle Health Community Care and Referral Management Consultant you will:

• Partner with healthcare clients and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of their Oracle Healths Cerner system.

• Collaborate with a team of consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions to our healthcare clients ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

• Provide insights on Oracle Healths Cerner system workflows upgrades system changes and ongoing maintenance while identifying opportunities for system optimization and enhancements.

• Facilitate meetings effectively and efficiently to stakeholders of all levels through the development of clear agendas and objectives documenting notes and ensuring follow-ups are tracked and completed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required; advanced degrees (e.g. MBA) or equivalent experience are valued.

• Experience in EHR Implementation experience including designing implementing and managing the Oracle Health Community Care and Referral Management build

• Ability to work with a variety of disciplines and the main focus being the Group Practice Manager (GPM) RCT coordinators Community Care Nurses and other Referral Management focused roles.

• Experience with Community Care as it relates to Oracle Health Ambulatory; must have heavy experience with ambulatory build with a focus on Community Care specific Mpages and documentation

• Experience with Referral Management build and maintaining build relating to Worklists practice sites and other associated build

• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the Oracle Health solutions to client audiences.

• Willingness to travel onsite.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

Preferences:

• Undergraduate Degree (e.g. BA BS)

• Previous consulting experience

The estimated base hourly rate range for this job will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to specific skills or certifications years of experience market changes and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Hurons benefit plans which include medical dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The rate range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
