What Youll Do
As the Health & Wellness Director you will oversee the clinical and operational excellence of our wellness programs including both assisted living and memory care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic leadership for the daily operations of the assisted living and memory care departments
- Hiring coaching developing and inspiring a strong care team
- Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary management team including the Memory Care Director Care Coordinator administrators and nursing staff
- Conducting resident assessments determining service needs and ensuring accurate documentation in the electronic care system
- Overseeing medication management delegation and supervision of unlicensed personnel
- Ensuring compliance safety and adherence to best practices in infection control
- Supporting continuous improvement team engagement and operational excellence
What Were Looking For
- A genuine love for seniors and a passion for service
- Active RN license
- Proven leadership experience in assisted living geriatric nursing dementia care or related fields
- Strong skills in team development coaching and driving positive outcomes
- Understanding of service plan development medication management and safety protocols
- Ability to manage budgets and support cost-effective operations
- A collaborative empowering leadership style with a focus on resident-centered care
