The Denver office of Hogan Lovells is seeking an outstanding Senior Associate to join our highly regarded environmental transactions practice. Our transactions practice advises on cutting edge high profile high-value deals across a variety of sectors including diversified industrials aerospace and defense life sciences and sports and entertainment. Ideal candidates should have six to nine years of environmental transactions experience preferably from a large law firm. This position will principally advise clients on environmental provisions of M&A agreements and environmental insurance policies and will provide the associate with an opportunity to play a lead role in one of the most sophisticated environmental transactions practice in the country.
Preferred candidates will have experience with preparing diligence reports and drafting and negotiating the environmental provisions of M&A agreements. Strong writing and interpersonal skills excellent academic credentials and a commitment to excellence are required.
The annualized salary range for this position is $365000 to $420000 depending on the candidates overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary or an hours-based addition full-time employees as well as some part-time employees will be eligible for the firms fringe benefits as they currently exist.
