Job Description
Are you ready to turn complex system designs into fully operational international sorting solutions As a Project Leader Engineering you will lead multidisciplinary projects from start to finish ensuring time quality cost and functionality are delivered across mechanical electrical and controls domains. You will work closely with lead engineers project management and the customer to define system functionalities develop project plans and coordinate resources supply chain installation and commissioning.
When the customer site is ready you guide the installation commissioning and testing phases turning digital 3D models into real-life systems. You continuously identify and mitigate project risks while maximizing your teams skills and contributing to process improvements and best practices across projects.
Your responsibilities
- Lead large or complex projects ensuring all goals are achieved.
- Define project plans schedules and resources and manage budgets risks and deliverables.
- Oversee production specifications procurement and system emulations coordinating internal teams and external suppliers.
- Manage timely delivery of engineering outputs including documentation training and handover to service.
- Coordinate the multidisciplinary project team fostering continuous development and ensuring a balanced skillset.
- Ensure health and safety during the engineering phase and maintain compliance with relevant standards.
Your profile
- A technical degree at least at bachelor level
- Significant experience as a project leader familiar with scope planning budget and R&O management
- Ability to speak both the customers language and that of the engineers in your team
- Pragmatic attitude and able to balance quality lead time costs and technology
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Ability to coach employees to get the best out of themselves
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- Willing to travel internationally (15-20% of your time)

This position offers a competitive salary range of 5.500 to 7.400 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
