Senior Social Insights Analyst
Location: Rotterdam Netherlands (2-3 days per week from the office)

Were looking for aSenior Social Insights Analyst to join our growing European team in Rotterdam supporting markets like Germany Benelux France and Italy. This is your chance to decode audiences uncover cultural trends and influence how our clients food brands connect with millions of consumers every day.
What Youll Do
- Deliver best-in-class audience category and market analytics for leading food brands.
- Support the European Strategy Director with insights that power social media strategies across multiple markets.
- Collaborate with local teams to mine and interpret data for actionable recommendations.
- Integrate data from social search survey and third-party sources to build rich audience profiles.
- Use social listening tools (e.g. Meltwater) to track brand reputation and spot cultural trends.
- Design and evaluate surveys to test hypotheses and deepen audience understanding.
- Audit social channels to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Build measurement frameworks benchmarking and reporting to inform future strategies.
- Create thought-leadership pieces on audience behaviors and emerging trends.
What Youll Need
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Background in research and insights with a strategic mindset.
- Expertise in social platforms and tools like Brandwatch Audiense Hootsuite Sprinklr.
- Experience with panel and survey providers (e.g. Global Web Index YouGov Kantar).
- Ability to aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources to uncover insights.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills for non-technical audiences.
- Interest in behavioral science and its application through data.
- Proactive approach to identifying client needs and building tailored solutions.
- Highly organized confident in managing remote teams and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
