Job Summary
Job Description
A leading global materials science company is looking for an experienced Technical Solutions Specialist to join their Consumer Solutions business. This key role will drive application development technical support and customer solutions for Building Construction & Infrastructure with advanced Silicone Sealant and related technologies.
If you are passionate about technical innovation materials science and customer-facing problem solving this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and support for silicone sealants and building material applications (e.g. weather seal structural glazing).
Lead application development projects and identify new opportunities aligned with customer and market needs.
Work closely with commercial marketing manufacturing and R&D teams to convert technical opportunities into commercial success.
Conduct substrate testing blueprint reviews onsite support and training sessions for customers and industry partners.
Prepare technical documentation reports manuals presentations and contribute to knowledge sharing patents or innovation records.
Represent the company in industry events customer meetings and technical conferences.
Promote and ensure safe working practices.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree inMaterials Engineering Material Science or related field
(Prefer :Civil Engineer / Architect / Building Sciencewith material/chemical knowledge)Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technical support materials development or construction solutions
Strong technical understanding ofsealants building materials standards & applications
Experience withOEM factoriesandconstruction site environments
Strong customer engagement presentation and communication skills
Fluent Thai Good English (TOEIC 700 preferred)
Ability to travel up to 30%
