A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Plan deliver and align internal and external training and education (T&E) strategies for both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and employees
• Conduct regular needs analysis and develop strategic education plans to support business goals
• Design develop and deliver HCP training programs including procedure and competency-based education
• Lead regional education initiatives and ensure consistency and quality across all programs
• Build manage and maintain digital education resources; oversee access and track training execution and outcomes
• Serve as the regional expert for CRM and CDS products collaborating with regulatory teams to ensure compliance of educational materials
• Partner with global and regional T&E teams to leverage resources and drive effective education solutions

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree with 35 years technical/clinical experience in an international setting
• Background in adult education and strong medical/clinical knowledge preferably in cardiovascular diseases
• Technical aptitude program management experience and process-driven with analytical skills
• Excellent presentation verbal and written communication skills
• Strong social collaboration and problem-solving abilities; adept at handling issues
• Positive proactive and results-oriented personality; thrives in fast-changing environments; fluent in Dutch and English
