Your Mission: Accelerate voizes strategy and momentum

As CoS youll operate at the heart of voizes strategic engine - partnering closely with Fabio (CEO) to drive key initiatives unlock growth and keep the organization aligned. You will synthesize complexity and ambiguity into clarity create cross-functional alignment and ensure decisions and initiatives move forward with precision and speed.

Your Day-to-Day - Dynamic varied impactful

  • Own and execute key strategic projects critical to voizes next stage of growth such as market expansion GTM experiments pricing/vertical assessments

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO - helping prioritize the companys important challenges making well-informed decisions and keeping the organization focused

  • Drive business development (BD) initiatives especially for new regions and sectors

  • Own the preparation and coordination of board decks board meeting materials and Mission Control updates

  • Support the CEO with investor relations workflows and internal communications

  • Triage structure and initiate project requests coming into the CEO office

  • Provide clarity accountability and momentum across cross-functional initiatives

Your Skillset - What you bring to the table

  • Experience at a fast-growing SaaS startup ideally having seen significant scale-up with the ability to move between 10000-foot strategy and hands-on execution often within the same hour

  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of high-impact initiatives as CoS or similar role

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to break down ambiguous tasks into actionable insights

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on work ethic

  • Exceptional written communication - clear concise executive-level synthesis

  • Ability to build trust quickly and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

  • Sound judgment with ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

  • Willingness to travel internationally supporting CEO (US and other markets)

  • Fluent English communication (C2 or equivalent) and based in Berlin with regular in-office collaboration (2-3 days/week)
