Your Experience & Values

• 9 years of experience
• Proficiency in a modern frontend framework ideally React (Vue or Angular are also great)
• Hands-on experience with NestJS / NodeJS or a similar technology stack
• Experience with or knowledge of Python
• Strong comprehension of restful APIs
• A creative problem-solving mindset that drives your work
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Romanian
• Knowledge on LLMs
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
• Knowledge on RAG

• Establish and maintain best practice development frameworks and standards such as Prompt Engineering.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Manager - Applications Development.
• Should have at least On Track or equivalent rating in last appraisal
• Should not be under any Performance Continuity Plan or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months
• Should not have applied for any other IJP within Mercer in the last 3 month
