Job Summary
We are delighted to be recruiting a Senior Operations Planner into our New Build After Care Team.
In this role you will be responsible for co-ordinating the diaries of the multi-trade operatives and quality managers you will ensure that works and inspections are scheduled efficiently maximising resources and minimising travel time.
We are looking for someone customer focussed who will ensure works are completed to the customers satisfaction whilst minimising complaints.
Using your organisational and time management skills youll be able to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
Whilst some knowledge of multi-trade repairs and construction is desirable youll be a problem solver who can think on their feet and be completely customer-focused having the confidence and assertiveness to have difficult conversations with customers suppliers and internal teams to reach positive solutions for all involved.
You will have the skills to analyse and evaluate data to identify themes and improvements as well as the ability and self-motivation to thrive in a performance driven fast paced environment.
