HSE Officer Welfare

We are seeking a dedicated HSE Officer - Welfare to join our team in Riyadh Saudi this crucial role you will be responsible for ensuring the health safety and well-being of our employees while promoting a positive work environment.

• Develop implement and maintain comprehensive health safety and welfare programs
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards
• Investigate incidents accidents and near-misses providing detailed reports and recommendations
• Design and deliver HSE training programs to enhance employee awareness and compliance
• Manage occupational health initiatives including health screenings and wellness programs
• Collaborate with management to create and maintain a culture of safety and well-being
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws and HSE regulations
• Develop and implement emergency response plans
• Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics preparing reports for management
• Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders on HSE matters
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in employee welfare

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety Environmental Science or a related field
• NEBOSH certification or equivalent HSE qualification
• Valid First Aid certification
• Minimum 15 years of experience in an HSE role preferably with a focus on employee welfare
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations particularly in Saudi Arabia
• Proven experience in risk assessment incident investigation and emergency response planning
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insightful reports
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to influence at all levels
• Proficiency in HSE management systems and relevant software tools
• Experience in developing and implementing employee welfare programs
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
