Job Summary
Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing building and scaling the web applications that millions of our users and driver-partners interact with daily. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and user-centric solutions.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Design build test and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Ensure scalable reliable and secure system architecture.
- Write efficient code and implement strong testing strategies.
- Monitor and optimize application performance.
- Own projects from conception to post-launch monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
- Propose innovations and improvements to technology and processes.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science related field or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript React and backend development (Go Java or similar).
- Knowledge of databases (relational and NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS Google Cloud Azure).
- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker Kubernetes) and building/consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills ownership mindset and focus on product quality.
- Experience with state management libraries CI/CD pipelines and performance optimization.
- Background in transportation logistics or fintech industries (preferred but not required).
