- Active communicate and drive the whole process including target hospital scoping territory alignment sales force sizing and deployment sales target setting and cascading etc.
- Familiar with SFE all platform and quickly understanding of business directions and requirements provide corresponding supports to BU.
- Improve sales operation efficiency review and fine-tune current operation procedures / system; identify pain points and issues work with business departments to optimize current process.
- Responsible SFE initiatives from global and local management to enhance SFE capability to support business strategy.
Qualifications :
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum 5 years of SFE and analytical experience in healthcare or related industries.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical sales force model territory alignment principles target setting guidelines.
- Business Partner experience preferred ...

- Excellent excel and presentation skills

- Ability to work under pressure and potential overtime to deliver high-quality work on a timely basis
- Good command of both written and oral English
