We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who is passionate about writing copy that connects with customers.  In this role you will play a key role in engaging with learners as they explore study options through OUA including on our website blogs emails and social posts.

You will collaborate with passionate teams across the organisation as well as trusted external partners to create content that is engaging accessible and student focused. This is an opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organisation in a supportive people-first environment.

What youll be doing

  • Write and edit clear engaging content for our website blog social channels email campaigns campaign landing pages and other assets.
  • Manage content projects from start to finish by engaging with internal and external stakeholders (including Marketing Product and UX) seeking and acting upon feedback and ensuring timelines are adhered to.
  • Support SEO outcomes by drafting templated content such as career guides and FAQs Review and refresh time-sensitive and evergreen information to keep it accurate and relevant.
  • Work with freelancers by providing briefs answering questions and editing their work to meet OUAs editorial and brand standards.
  • Upload and publish content in the Contentful CMS.
  • Create copy for visual content such as infographics and simple interactive tools using platforms like Canva.
  • Help identify and interview real students who are willing to share their stories so our content reflects genuine voices and experiences.
  • Provide ad-hoc writing and content support to teams across the business.

What youll bring to this role:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in content marketing communications or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing and editing experience across different channels.
  • Experience managing content projects and working with a range of stakeholders and external contributors.
  • Familiarity with publishing content through a CMS and a basic understanding of SEO.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
