Summary of Job Duties:

The Program Coordinator Data Analyst Nursing Programs reports to the Assistant Director of the Center for Nursing Excellence/Magnet Program Director and supports the organizations mission to achieve and sustain excellence in nursing practice through data-driven decision making. This role will be responsible for collecting analyzing and reporting data related to Nursing Excellence initiatives the Magnet Recognition Program and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Accredited Transition to Practice (TTP) Program. The analyst will provide actionable insights that drive nursing quality patient outcomes workforce development and regulatory compliance. This role collaborates with a wide range of leadership positions and departments including nursing leadership clinical educators human resources quality and safety teams and IT.


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Health Informatics Health Administration Nursing or related field

  • Two (2) years experience in data analysis (preferably in healthcare or nursing-related setting)

Special knowledge:

  • Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g. SPSS SAS R Python) and data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau Power BI Excel).

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare quality metrics nursing outcomes and accreditation processes.

  • Excellent communication presentation and report-writing skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Health Informatics Health Administration Nursing or related field

  • Five (5) years experience in data analysis in healthcare or nursing-related setting

Special knowledge:

  • Experience with Magnet Recognition Program Nursing excellence initiatives or ANCC-accredited programs
