- Supervise packing inventory and restoration of personal belongings.
- Manage organization of the warehouse and storage spaces.
- Oversee and document contents jobs in Assured Software.
- Deliver outstanding customer service during stressful situations.
- Train new hires on best practices and uphold safety standards.
- Roll up your sleeves carpet cleaning deodorization mold remediation and more.
- Leadership experience (1 years in a supervisory role preferred).
- A knack for organizing and motivating people.
- Strong communication skillsEnglish required Spanish a plus.
- Valid drivers license & clean background check.
- IICRC certifications (Water Fire & Smoke Carpet Cleaning Applied Structural Drying) are a bonusbut not required well help you grow.
- Physical and hands-on: lifting moving cleaning and organizing.
- Indoor and outdoor environments with varied conditions.
- Youll be on the movesometimes in homes sometimes in the warehouse sometimes both in a single day.
