Responsibilities and Impact:

We are seeking a Product Consultant to join our dynamic and globalClient Engagementteam.Client Engagementis a critical function within thebusiness responsible for managing all non-commercial aspects of client relationships.The team ensuresa successful customer journeybydrivingadoptionretentionandgrowthandwe play a key role in executing thestrategicobjectivesof the business.

As a Product Consultant you will become a subject matter expert intheBigDoughSolutionsproduct suite while managing a portfolio of clients.You will develop yourrelationshipmanagementskills and industry knowledge tohelp your clientsmaximize value from our market-leading data andsoftwaresolutions. Early responsibility and exposure todifferent typesofclientswill prepare you fora senior role within the team orfor othercareer opportunities withinthecompanysuch as salesproductdevelopmentor productstrategy.

Key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Actas the day-to-day account manager for a portfolio of clients usingBigDoughSolutions products leading all non-commercial relationship management aspects.

  • Maintain regular communication with clientsby emailphoneand virtual/face-to-face meetings. Buildrelationships with key contactsand influencers. Educate clients about our data and solutions to increase usage andidentifyupsell opportunities.

  • Develop andmaintainexpertisein theBigDoughSolutions product suite continuously learning about new enhancements and offeringsand how they relate to different clients and user personas. Work withtheProductDevelopmentteam to communicatedetails of new releases tailoring outreach to your clients.

  • Provideproducttrainingto end users eitheron-site or virtually and demo upcoming new features and enhancements.

  • Monitor client healthtogether withthe Client Engagement lead and the Revenue/AccountManagement organization. Assess product usage metrics andprovidequalitative insights intothe drivers of clients businesses and their productsatisfaction.

  • Document client interactionsand share client intel and product feedback with internal stakeholders

  • Partner with the ClientSupport teamto ensuretimelyand effective product support for end users.

  • Collaboratewith the Client Engagement and ClientSupportleadsto execute ad hoc projects

  • Support product demonstrations for prospective clients.

Compensation/Benefits Information:

S&P Globalstatesthat theanticipatedbase salary range for this position is $48508.00 to $67000.00. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individuals geographic location as well as experience level skill set traininglicensesand certifications.In addition to base compensation this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

WhatWereLookingFor:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree at minimum

  • Minimum 2 yearsexperience in a client-facing role (account management sales client operations end user support or similar) ideally within the financial markets and/or data/software industry

  • Strong interest in financial marketsdataand technology

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A positive proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams

  • Goal and action orientated withabilityto organize multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree ina discipline related to financial markets data or technology
