ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Controller will support the CFO by ensuring the accuracy integrity and reliability of all financial information across the organization. This role provides disciplined financial management strong internal controls and clear reporting that enables the CFO to guide strategy financial planning and profitable growth. Through dependable processes cost insight and collaborative partnership with Operations HR Sales and Leadership the Controller strengthens Baker Boys ability to make sound decisions and uphold our commitment to quality accountability and long-term financial stability.
