Are you a logistics or aviation expert with deep experience in Air Force operations Do you understand the complexity of maintaining mission-ready fleets and want to help modernize how the Air Force manage logistics and sustainmentAt ILIAS Solutions we deliver cutting-edge software that supports the full spectrum of military logistics and maintenance with a strong focus on aviation. Were looking for anAviation Logistics Consultant to help implement our platform across Air Force units with additional implementation opportunities in the navy.
Note: All projects are conductedon client premises working directly with military personnel to ensure seamless integration and mission alignment.
This position requires eligibility for a security clearance
Your mission
- Lead the implementation of ILIAS software in Air Force aviation environments ensuring alignment with operational goals and regulatory standards.
- Translate operational needs into digital solutions that enhance fleet readiness maintenance efficiency and supply chain visibility.
- Support airworthiness compliance across EMAR EASA and U.S. DoD/USAF frameworks.
- Train and guide end-users from maintainers to commanders ensuring successful adoption and long-term value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers project managers and military stakeholders.
- Contribute to broader defense projects including naval logistics.
Your capabilities
- 10 years of experience in Air Force or aviation logistics maintenance or operations (experience with Navy or joint military logistics is a plus).
- Strong understanding of military aviation sustainment maintenance cycles and logistics systems.
- Familiarity with airworthiness standards including EMAR EASA.
- Experience with enterprise logistics software or military LIS platforms.
- Project and change management skills with the ability to lead transformation in complex environments.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills with a mission-first mindset.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at client locations internationally.
