Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead a small team of employees focused across the digital operations space to include infrastructure end user support network etc.
Drive improvements for options and content of self-help.
Identify innovations to improve support for end users.
Identify recurring issues and highlight to service owner; help find opportunities to reduce end user issues.
Identify opportunities to send tickets to the appropriate queue at creation.
Work globally to ensure consistency and acceptance for their respective region.
Collaborate with other teams to improve support tools.
Participate in budgeting process and manage IT Infrastructure related projects and investments.
Identify and respond to professional growth needs for all team members and ensure they have the proper training to execute team deliverables.
Foster a work culture at all levels that is positive collaborative respectful innovative dynamic with high integrity and capable of driving positive change over sustained periods of time.
Knowledge of network architecture servers storage systems and virtualization technologies.
Proficiency in security protocols threat detection risk management and compliance standards to protect digital assets.
Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS Azure Google Cloud) cloud architecture and cloud services management.
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems customer relationship management (CRM) software and other enterprise applications.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues provide support and ensure system reliability and performance.
Ability to plan execute and oversee projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Familiarity with methodologies like Agile and Scrum can be beneficial.
Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative work environment.
Capability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organizations goals and objectives.
Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies to ensure the security and reliability of digital operations.
Ability to understand and meet the needs of internal and external customers ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Commitment to ongoing learning and improvement staying updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.

Strong candidate who can efficiently manage digital operations for large manufacturing organization foster innovation and play a key role in the organizations overall success.

Education Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/ IT / Electronic & Communication ( Technology Engineering ) with advanced experience with minimum years of experience 6 years.

Preferred Qualifications:
