Scope
The Contract Enterprise Architect will play a pivotal role in leading the architecture and design of Chubbs core insurance system transformation. This role will focus on aligning technology strategy with business objectives ensuring robust scalable and compliant solutions across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on accountability for the Architecture definition and ensuring alignment with Chubbs overall technology strategy.
- Collaborate with business and technology leaders to identify gaps design solutions and drive transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain the technical target state and multi-year roadmap for core insurance domains.
- Bridge engineering and architecture teams to drive consistency standards and best practices.
- Bring to bear industry trends and emerging technologies to inform architecture decisions.
- Ensure architectural compliance with risk cyber security and regulatory standards.
- Be a trusted advisor for architectural direction and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Take accountability for inputs to architecture reviewsto ensure solutions meet program objectives
QualificationsQualifications
- 10 years of experiencein enterprise architecture or lead solutions architecture in insurance sector
- Deep technical fluencywith contemporary (e.g. cloud integration orchestration AI) and insurance technologies (e.g. PAS CMS Pricing)
- Solid fluency in data domain e.g. MDM warehousing analytics ML pipelines
- Track record of technology leadership on core system transformations.
- Deep understanding of insurance business processes products and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- Experience in large-scale architecture modernization automation and engineering excellence.
- Strong background in agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
