The Role
Were looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join Blocks Design team playing an important role in shaping the people strategy and organizational effectiveness for a world-class design organization. Youll collaborate with leaders across product design creative content design design operations and research functions to guide talent development build teams and ensure alignment with business goals. Youll use your expertise in organizational design talent management and leadership development to influence outcomes create impactful employee experiences and support a dynamic evolving team.
You Will
- Partner with senior leaders and mid-level managers to develop and implement HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.
- Provide strategic HR expertise in compensation feedback performance management employee relations development and coaching and organizational design and development.
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Lead core HR processes such as performance calibrations compensation cycles and promotions.
- Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to client groups.
- Work with partners to build and implement programs in areas of performance management promotions career development mobility training and more.
You Have
- 6 years experience in an HR Business Partner role and 8 years of relevant work/educational experience.
- Relevant experience building and improving company culture and increasing employee engagement.
- Coaching and facilitation expertise and the ability to influence colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of HR programs and practices including applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations
- Experience supporting business leaders on multi-year company or company-wide people initiatives or projects.
