Job Title:Medical Surgical Registered Nurse

Pay Rate:$40$60/hour

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will have strong Med/Surg Stroke and Stepdown experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Requirements:
2 years of recent Med/Surgexperience
Strong background in Stroke and Stepdown patient care
Previoustravel nursing experience required
Must be proficient with EPIC EMR
Active RN license in current state of practice
BLSrequired; ACLS encouraged
Excellent communication assessment and bedside care abilities

Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surgand Stroke Stepdown patients
Assess neurological changes and track patient progress
Administer medications and perform clinical procedures per provider directives
Work collaboratively with the care team tooptimizepatient outcomes
Support stroke-response processes when needed
Document accurately and consistently in EPIC
