Job Summary
Engineering Intern
Duration: May 18 2026 August 14 2026 (full-time)
The Tetra Pak Internship Program is your pass to the professional world offering you hands-on experience and valuable networking opportunities. You will experience real situations in the corporate world and develop on a personal and professional level. Upon joining our team you will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day addition we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare you to put your full potential into action.
This position is based inWinsted MN.
Salary Range:$22-$25 / hour
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas relocation or housing for these positions.
What you will do
As Engineering Intern you will:
- Focus on risk management improvement in our Winsted MN factory.
- Support with internal audits and documents / SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Participate in WCM activities (Continuous Improvement Program).
- Collaborate with internal teams across Production and Business Stream (Engineering Technical Product Owners etc.)
We believe you have
- Current enrollment in college ideally in your last two (2) years of college and you are interested in taking your career to the next level.
- Suggested majors: Engineering (Mechanical Industrial Chemical) other technical bachelor programs Business Administration.
- Microsoft Suite experience
- Good Knowledge of Excel & ideally Power BI
- Python will be considered as a plus
- SAP nice to have
