The Role
Were looking for a Director of Earned & Owned Strategy to lead a major U.S. travel brand account. This role will oversee a cross-functional team spanning SEO Content Marketing and Strategy initiatives all focused on helping the client redefine organic discoverability customer engagement and AI Search leadership. This role will act as the strategy lead within an embedded cross-functional Earned & Owned team working full-time onsite at the clients office in Dallas TX.
Youll be an individual contributor and report to the Senior Director Earned & Owned Strategy. You will be connecting technical excellence with creative storytelling to drive measurable business outcomes. This is an opportunity to shape how one of Americas most loved brands evolves its digital ecosystem while laying the foundation for a scalable Center of Excellence (CoE) for Earned & Owned Media.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $118000 - $130000 based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set years and depth of experience education and certifications competitive benchmarks scope of responsibility market dynamics geographic location and respective states salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.
This role has an associated annual target bonus component which is paid out based on a number of factors which include Company performance department performance and individual performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed and you must be an active employee in good standing and not on a Performance Improvement Plan to be eligible for the annual bonus.
*This position will require you to be on-site up to 4x a week at the clients Dallas office.
