For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

At least 7 years of professional experience as a Custom Software Engineer designing and developing scalable software solutions
Expert proficiency in Software Engineering with strong knowledge of modern frameworks and agile methodologies
Advanced proficiency in SAP ECC Finance and Costing
Solid experience in Custom Application Development and Software Design and Solutions
Ability to provide technical guidance and contribute to architectural decisions across multiple teams
Experience mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative team environment
Fluency in English and Portuguese (B2)
Ability to work remotely with availability to visit the Lisbon office once per month
