About your workplace

Innerhalb der Business Unit Cooking werden am Standort Arnsberg Dunstabzugshauben in hoher Fertigungstiefe entwickelt und hergestellt. Für das Werk Arnsberg der imperial oHG suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Gruppenleitung (m/w/d) für den Bereich Elektrokonstruktion.

Das ist die Aufgabe

Sie übernehmen die disziplinarische Führung des Teams der Elektrokonstruktion und unterstützen Ihre Mitarbeitenden (m/w/d) durch gezielte Förderung fachliche Begleitung und kontinuierliches Coaching
Sie identifizieren relevante Strategiethemen im Abgleich mit der Produkt-Roadmap
Sie koordinieren Projekte der Serienentwicklung auf Basis der Produkt-Roadmap wie z. B. das Bereitstellen der jeweils notwendigen Ressourcen sowie die regelmäßige Bewertung der Projektfortschritte

Das überzeugt uns

Abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium im Bereich Elektronik Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Führungserfahrung und Berufserfahrung in der Produktentwicklung
Kreative strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft Teamfähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung
