Overview
A preschool under a growing education group is entering a transition phase as it aligns its academic and operational direction with a refreshed vision. The group is in an active expansion stage starting from Depok and planning to scale into peripheral cities such as Bekasi Tangerang Selatan and beyond.
The incoming Headmaster will play a key role in bringing clarity stability and alignment ensuring both the academic model and daily operations support the groups growth and expansion plans.
Main Responsibilities
Leadership & School Management
- Lead day-to-day school operations across academic administrative and operational functions.
- Establish a positive and consistent school culture aligned with the new direction.
- Manage teachers and staff with clarity fairness and professionalism.
- Guide the school through its alignment phase and ensure smooth transitions.
Academic & Curriculum Quality
- Review and refine the curriculum to meet early childhood education standards.
- Monitor teaching quality lesson plans and learning outcomes.
- Ensure child development milestones and assessments are tracked properly.
- Maintain high standards for classroom setup and learning environments.
Teacher Development & Performance
- Provide coaching feedback and development plans for teachers.
- Plan structured training programs and ensure teaching quality improves over time.
- Implement clear expectations and performance monitoring.
Parent & Community Engagement
- Maintain strong communication with parents and build trust.
- Handle parent concerns with clarity and a solution-driven mindset.
- Represent the school in events meetings and community interactions.
Operational & Administrative Oversight
- Ensure safe clean and compliant school operations.
- Oversee staffing schedules documentation reporting and facility readiness.
- Align regularly with the owner on priorities performance and improvements.
Profile Requirements
Experience & Background
- 510 years of experience in Early Childhood Education.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role (Headmaster Principal Academic Coordinator).
- Strong understanding of preschool curriculum frameworks (PAUD / PAUD / EYFS / Montessori / Reggio Emilia / Play-based etc.).
- Proven capability in teacher management school operations and parent relations.
- Bachelors in Early Childhood Education or related field (Masters is a plus but not required).

- Strong leadership presence calm and steady.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- High emotional intelligence especially in transition environments.
- Structured detail-oriented and consistent in applying standards.
