Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Support Learning & Development Specialist arrange training venues coordinate training arrangements and help L&D specialist to check the weekly training metrics. Be able to able do video shooting and editing for related training.
-Support HR compliance team to check internal assessment related data including overtime assessment data check employee vendor code data check etc.
- Support learning & development and HR compliance internal assessment other related tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- 2027/2028 graduates with Bachelors degree or above
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
- Sense of responsibility strong execution proactive and detail oriented able to work on important and repetitive tasks with patience and accuracy.
-Good at Chinese and English writing
-Be able to able do video shooting and editing
-Excellent in MS Excel Word and PowerPoint
