Team Red Dog is searching for a Program Manager Non Techto support our next-generation cloud platform company clientwhere youll help shape the future of global-scale infrastructure. This role blends technical coordination hardware lifecycle visibility and analytics-driven program leadershipperfect for candidates who enjoy solving complex operational puzzles and being at the center of cloud innovation.

How you will make an impact:
Own and manage the end-to-end commodity qualification process and drive on-time progress.
Manage detailed qualification testing workflows: SKU layout planning hardware quantity forecasting purchase tracking and lab capacity scheduling.
Coordinate qualification requests and prioritization across engineering supply chain lab teams and partner organizations.
Lead weekly v-team meetings to track status identify risks and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Work with engineering to streamline pre-qualification processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with NPI product qualification and spares lifecycle teams on hardware mapping and sample dependencies.
Build KPI analytics and dashboards using Power BI ADO and OnePDM to inform leadership decisions.
Support automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce hardware qualification cycle time.
Strengthen relationships with labs engineering and technical teams responsible for commodity testing and performance analysis.

The expertise you bring:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Operations Supply Chain Economics or related field.
35 years of experience in program management qualification testing supply chain or manufacturing operations.
Experience with cloud server hardware procurement workflows and purchase order processes.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hardware dependencies.
Proficiency with Power BI ADO OnePDM or similar tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
