Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of impactful change management strategies ensuring smooth transitions and high adoption rates across the organization.
- Develop and execute organizational design initiatives to optimize structures roles and processes aligning them with strategic business goals.
- Apply industrial psychology principles to assess and enhance employee engagement morale and overall workplace culture.
- Spearhead national employee wellness programs collaborating with regional HR and external partners to foster a healthy and resilient workforce.
- Design and manage organizational development programs to build and enhance critical workforce capabilities.
- Conduct thorough impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies for change initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to change adoption organizational effectiveness and employee engagement providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Manage project timelines budgets and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery of organizational initiatives.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- Honours degree in Industrial Psychology or an equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in change management organizational design organizational effectiveness or a closely related field (e.g. HR consulting project management).
- Demonstrated experience applying established change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR Prosci or Kotters 8-Step Model).
- Hands-on experience in organizational design including role profiling workforce planning or process optimization.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholder relationships in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Masters Degree in a relevant field.
- Prosci Change Management Certification Kotters Change Management Certification or equivalent.
- Experience managing national budgets for employee wellness initiatives.
