Performance Objectives for Year One
- Lead a Key Integration Project: Within the first 9 months successfully design develop and deploy a critical integration between ServiceNow and a core business system (e.g. ERP iPaaS) demonstrably improving data flow and reducing manual processes.
- Deliver a Business-Critical Automation: Within 6 months collaborate with stakeholders to identify a key inefficient process and then architect and launch an automated solution using ServiceNow Flow Designer or custom scripting resulting in a measurable reduction in process cycle time.
- Enhance the Customer Service Module (CSM): By the end of the first year develop and roll out two significant enhancements to the CSM application such as implementing skills-based routing or a new chat functionality to improve the external customer support experience.
- Champion Platform Best Practices: Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to a newly qualified team establishing and documenting development standards and best practices that elevate the teams overall capability and ensure the long-term health of the platform.
