Job Summary
Our client a reputable organisation within the broader hospitality sector is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Group Financial Accountant to assume full responsibility for group-wide financial operations. The role includes overseeing a small finance team improving financial processes and providing support to key strategic and operational decisions across the business. Applicants must be fully proficient in English and Afrikaans hold a completed Finance or Accounting degree and have minimum 58 years of relevant experience. Experience within hospitality or agricultural estate environments is essential.
Team management
Systems optimization
Statutory and regulatory compliance
Prepare and review monthly management accounts
Tax submissions
Manage audits
Treasury and cashflow management
Group consolidation reporting
Budgeting
Prepare financial analysis
Skills & Experience:
Pastel Advantageous
Staff management
Minimum 5 years industry experience
Qualification:
Completed SAIPA/SAICA articles will be beneficial
Finance related qualification
