Tasks

• Conduct deep meaningful conversations that reconnect people with themselves
• Read between the lines to identify who is ready to take responsibility
• Guide decision-making processes without pressure with clarity and depth
• Build genuine relationships instead of just collecting contacts
• Contribute your experience without having to sell it
• Work digitally flexibly and remotely

Requirements

• At least 5 years of real leadership experience
• Reflective self-driven and authentic personality
• Ability to communicate with people on a human level not just through roles
• Desire for personal growth and learning
• Ability to combine ambition with groundedness
• Good English skills are required
• Freedom is more important than status while financial strength is expected
