Randstad moves toward a more global operating company. To support our vision and strategy we introduced the Talent & Expertise Group (TEG) within Global IT. TEG is the group of about 100 employees in Global IT who work on various programs and projects. The functional day to day guidance of the TEG individual is managed with the program/project TEG is the TEG we take care about your personal growth your HR your Great Conversations and your training. TEG is organized by communities of practice. Each community is built upon a certain area of expertise. The global implementation manager role is part of the implementation & change management community of practice. Besides the HR function captured within the community of practice it is also an inspiring place to be and to learn engage collaborate with peers in Randstad (local & global) within your specific area of expertise.
As part of the strategy Randstad is speeding up its digital capabilities and is aiming to work more closely together with the 39 countries in collective leadership. The program that will bring many of these developments together is x-one. Although it started with the front office solution for Sweden and NL it will become the main front-office platform (r-one) for all Randstad markets in the coming years. The r-one platform (built on Salesforce and Bullhorn technology) will be fully synchronized with omnichannel data marketing and IT services solutions. The challenge is to keep all roadmaps and priorities aligned while the core platform is further being developed. We continue to roll out digital solutions to many different markets in parallel and that needs to fit with the design of the new platform. Vice versa the x-one programs need to take the standards and roadmaps of other digital solutions into addition the service delivery and talent teams are forming their plans that will impact digital priorities.
your typical day includes
With assessing the programs compliance posture the Global Validation Team ensures that every global legal data protection and security aspect is addressed validated and signed short: ensuring the x-one programs are in line with global guardrails.
The Business Consultant & Intake Coordinator plays a dual role. As a Business Consultant this role focuses on supporting the end-to-end optimization of the intake to sign off process by identifying and implementing process improvements and effectively communicating these to key stakeholders. As an Intake Coordinator this role acts as the first point of contact for intake facilitators helping to resolve operational challenges and ensuring that the intake process runs smoothly and efficiently.
You coordinate the operational validation process from an intake perspective providing guidance and expertise to stakeholders regarding the validation of their systems and processes and enabling the sign-off of all relevant topics. You make sure to objectify all feedback in order to make data-driven decisions.
You are reporting to the Global Validation Lead and you will work with other stakeholders across Product and Compliance teams to maintain alignment drive continuous improvement and support timely delivery of compliant solutions. Your stakeholders are the global data protection legal and security officers the product owners and business analysts from all x-one programs and PMO representatives.
With a proactive and solution-oriented mind you take care of the day-to-day management of (a significant part of) the validation process improving and optimizing the way of working and making sure all stakeholders adhere to the process agreements with an outside-in mindset in a multidisciplinary international continuously changing environment.
your responsibilities includes
intake coordination
manage the operational validation process from an intake perspective monitor timelines and ensure all milestones and deadlines for intakes are met
serve as the first point of contact for intake facilitators regarding daily operational challenges
identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth progress of intake sessions
coordinate with relevant teams to escalate and resolve complex issues if needed
process optimization & business consulting
provide advice and support implementation of improved ways of working across the intake and validation processes for efficiency and quality improvement
communicate changes updates and process enhancements to key stakeholders
analyze and weigh feedback / data identify anomalies discover trends and patterns
implement and embed industry standards to enhance consistency and best-practice alignment across processes
reporting & stakeholder management
monitor the (quarterly) progress of validation activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to IT
gather and analyze feedback / data from different target audiences
support the global validation lead in preparing and delivering data-driven reporting and insights
collaborate with product compliance and other cross-functional teams to maintain transparency and alignment
facilitate feedback loops to continuously improve process performance and stakeholder engagement
your background
education and experience
bachelors degree in computer science information technology business administration or a related field is typically required
continuing education and professional development are essential to stay current in the rapidly evolving field of technology
skills and knowledge
strong stakeholder management and communication skills with collaborative interpersonal skills to work across diverse global teams
solid understanding of compliance validation and governance processes within a technology-driven environment
excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and experience in process analysis and improvement
familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Confluence and Jira and with Google Workspace tools
attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to work independently and in a team
ethical conduct and integrity in dealing with sensitive information
good command of the English language in word and writing is needed
3-5 years of experience in consulting process management or coordination roles
