Nursery Manager Salary: 40000
As Nursery Manager youll guide a passionate team shape outstanding early years experiences and make a meaningful difference every single day. What Were Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above).
- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager with a track record of achieving good and outstanding Ofsted ratings.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower a team.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- A genuine passion for creating inspiring learning opportunities for young children.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily running of the nursery ensuring a safe nurturing and stimulating environment.
- Lead mentor and support staff embedding best practice across the team.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding compliance and quality assurance.
- Build positive relationships with families ensuring excellent communication and partnership.
- Manage budgets resources and staffing in line with organisational expectations.
