Job Summary

The Glennie School is an Anglican school for girls in Toowoomba providing an exceptional education for Kindergarten to Year 12 students with boarding from Year 5. The School enjoys an excellent reputation for the quality of its programs care and support offered to students as well as the commitment dedication and professionalism of its staff.

As a Responsible Person you will oversee daily operations of the centre and leading a team of educators to deliver exceptional education and care programs in our early years centre.

You will be responsible for:

Engaging in play-based learning experiences that supports each childs growth and development
Building strong and respectful relationships with children families and colleagues
Contributing to a positive collaborative and inclusive work environment ensuring that every team member feels valued
Supporting childrens curiosity creativity and love for learning by providing stimulating and responsive learning environments.

You will have:

A Current Diploma in Childrens Services or or working towards a relevant qualification
Have patience be creative and a genuine love for working with children
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the confidence to build strong connections with families and the community
A passion for collaborating and working with colleagues to support each other
An understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework and are able to apply their understanding in day-to-day practice.
