Position Description

Ole Miss Athletics strives to advance a championship culture that develops educates and empowers our student-athletes while providing a premier experience for the Ole Miss family.

The University of Mississippi is conducting a search for the position of Head Womens Soccer Coach. The selected candidate will organize and direct all aspects of the NCAA Division I womens soccer program. Assist in the organization planning and coaching of all practices and games as well as the individual skill development of student-athletes in a Division I program. Evaluates identifies and recruits quality student-athletes. Compliance with all NCAA SEC CSC and university rules and regulations.

Position Details

Essential Functions
Develop a successful competitive program that demonstrates excellence on the field in the classroom and in the community.
Recruit retain and graduate student-athletes who embody the universitys academic and athletic standards.
Hire supervise and evaluate assistant coaches and support staff.
Manage program operations including scheduling budgeting travel equipment and fundraising.
Foster positive relationships with alumni university stakeholders and the local community to promote the programs visibility and support.
Work closely with university resources including academic support services sports psychology professionals and health and performance teams to ensure holistic student-athlete development.

Minimum Qualifications


Bachelors degree or subsequent experience
Relevant Collegiate level coaching and or playing experience on a competitive level.
Demonstrative ability to work with a variety of personalities backgrounds and generations.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledgeable of relevant NCAA SEC and CSC rules and regulations.
