Technical Product Owner Delivery Team

You will join ourDelivery Team whose purpose is to empower product teams by providing:

Reliable infrastructure

Streamlined CI/CD pipelines

Self-service tooling

Best practices in security observability and deployment

Our focus is on building internal platforms that enable teams to deliver faster with confidence and consistency on the ecosystem.

We seek aProduct Owner who can bridge the gap between product strategy development and operations.

You are passionate about delivering scalable efficient and high-performing technical solutions and thrive in a collaborative agile environment.

• Own theWWW domain of the global Porsche website enabling product teams to deliver applications quickly securely and autonomously.
• Drive the development and optimisation of delivery infrastructure for the website ensuring durability quality and scalability.
• Collaborate with product operations and security teams to automate processes enhance system reliability and support cloud architecture improvements.
• Championagile principles foster knowledge sharing and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Technical foundation: Basic knowledge of systems administration cloud technologies CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in agile teams (SAFe experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills comfortable challenging assumptions and proposing alternatives.
• Leadership grounded in empathy and clarity with the ability to prioritise effectively and keep teams focused.
• Organisational awareness without micromanagement; adaptable and calm in a fast-paced environments able to manage shifting priorities with grace.
• Collaborative mindset: Encourage ideas shared ownership and team cohesion.
• Problem-solving ability: Unblock issues guide trade-offs and ensure timely access to stakeholders and data.
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
