Your new role
Join us at Eunice Seddon Residential Aged Care where care goes beyond clinical tasksits about dignity respect and making a real difference. Were seeking an Enrolled Endorsed Nurse to work part-time in a warm close-knit home that values person-centred care and social inclusion.
Youll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care that supports independence and wellbeing for residents who deserve compassion.
Your fortnightly roster will be as below:
Week 1: Friday Saturday and Sunday (14:30-21:45)
Week 2: Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday (14:30-21:45)
Your responsibilities and duties will include:
- Observe and report changes in residents behaviour or physical condition
- Manage medications and treatment procedures under guidance
- Liaise with medical practitioners pharmacists and health services
- Support RN1 with clinical requirements
- Assist with cigarette and alcohol programs
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Provide emotional support and foster a sense of belonging
We are looking for candidates with the following:
- Cert IV/Diploma of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in aged care mental health homelessness support disability or community care
- Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- A friendly non-judgmental attitude and commitment to dignity
- Passion for enhancing residents independence and lifestyle
