Synergie is seeking Multiple Afternoon ShiftsForklift Operators for our client who is Australias leading national logistics companylocated in Altona North VIC.

$37 perhour(Day shift rate) Super Penalties

Monday to Friday starts between 3PM - 5PMand finish between 11PM - 1AM

What you will be required to do:

As a Forklift Operator you will play a key role in safely operatingforklifts loading and unloading and supporting transport warehouse operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operating counterbalance forklift to pick and put away stocks for incoming trucks
Loading and unloading trucks and replenishing stock into racking
Managing pallet movements stock rotations and ensuring accurate inventory placement
Conducting pre-start checks and ensuring equipment is used safely and correctly
Working in a fast-paced environment
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse

To be successful in the role you will:

Hold a valid LF Forklift Licence
Have proven experience operating forklift in a transport logisitcs and warehouse/distribution environment
MUST be able to load and unload items
MUST be comfortable to start between 3PM - 5PM
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
Be able to work effectively within a team and under time pressures
Have good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
