THE POSITION
As aProgram Directorhere at Honeywell you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of program managers to ensure the successful execution of programs within the Aerospace sector. Your strong leadership skills strategic thinking and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywells programs.
You will report directly to ourGeneral Managerand youll work out of ourBroomfield COorPlymouth MNlocation on aHybridwork schedule.
In this role you will impact comprehensive strategic alignment program efficiency quality assurance timely delivery issue resolution data analysis reporting cost management cross-functional collaboration process improvement risk management team leadership mentoring and development compliance stakeholder engagement strategic planning planning accuracy change management and organizational growth.

COLORADO AND MINNESOTA PAY TRANSPARENCY
The annual base salary range for this position is $190000- $238000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the candidates work experience education and training key skills as well as market and business considerations.
