Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our ROCKWOOL sales team in Bucharest
You will report to Customer service manager and you will be part of 4 member customer service team

We are looking for an organised customeroriented person to join our Customer Service team. You will be the daily link between customers and internal teams (Sales Logistics Finance and Technical) ensuring accurate order processing timely deliveries and excellent customer service
Key responsibilities
Process customer orders endtoend in SAP: receive orders validate quantities/lead times enter orders issue confirmations and invoices.
Coordinate logistics and transport with internal teams and hauliers; optimise loading efficiency and propose costeffective transport solutions.
Handle customer queries by phone and email: availability pricing delivery terms documentation and samples.
Manage claims and returns in line with Rockwool procedures (SAP claim handling credit/debit notes return orders).
Liaise with Credit Management to support timely payments and with Sales to prepare offers forecasts and budgeting support.
Track shipments from factory to delivery point and maintain close communication with carriers and customers.
Maintain accurate records and reports (weekly/monthly sales/order portfolio invoicing checks).
Issue code requests for new materials and handle sample requests.
Act as backup for regional Customer Service colleagues and participate in improvement projects and Group initiatives.
Continuously learn and apply SAP procedures to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
Requirements:
University graduate.
Fluent in English and Romania (written and spoken).
Relevant experience in order handling customer service or sales support
Practical SAP or ERP experience is highly desirable
Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
Organised detailoriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
Problem solver with a customercentric approach and a collaborative attitude.
