What youll do:

• Lead and protect people and sites accountable for the safety of employees customers contractors and visitors while fostering a highperformance incidentfree culture.

• Deliver operational excellence manage the depot team to meet daily workloads planning schedules and maintenance KPIs always prioritizing customer needs.

• Coach and grow talent support recruitment onboarding appraisals and performance improvement to build a skilled engaged field service workforce.

• Drive standards and continuous improvement provide technical support use risk and fleet tools and collaborate across sales ops customer service and logistics to deliver worldclass service.

Youll have the following skills and experience:

• Proven technical leader NVQ3qualified with handson experience servicing large engines (generators HGVs plant).

• Drive performance through people track record managing and coaching crossfunctional depot teams to hit targets.

• Trusted collaborator strong communicator who builds stakeholder relationships across operations sales logistics and customer service.

• Resultsfocused problem solver QSHEled PCliterate solutionoriented mindset delivering high standards and timely measurable outcomes.
