Job Summary

ROLE PURPOSE

This is a dual-stream QC role. Confio products require strict quality control across the full lifecycle R and amp;D validation electronic component quality manufacturing processes packaging dispatch quality and customer-return analysis.

Candidates may specialise in either Electronic QC or Process and amp; Dispatch QC and will be assigned based on skill fit.

TRACK A ELECTRONIC QC (R and amp;D PRODUCT READINESS)

1. R and amp;D and amp; Product Readiness Checks

- Validate prototypes for stability firmware behaviour wireless performance and thermal limits.

- Confirm BOM accuracy and component quality.

- Flag design issues and coordinate closure with R and amp;D.

2. Electronic Component and amp; PCB Quality

- Inspect PCBAs soldering SMT relays connectors and sensors.

- Perform electrical tests: continuity load stress voltage leakage.

- Approve or reject component lots.

3. Functional Testing and amp; Validation

- Test Zigbee/Z-Wave/KNX/RS485/Wi-Fi devices.

- Validate firmware builds and ensure no regressions.

- Maintain QC testing procedures.

4. Technical RCA (Returns)

- Analyse defective units.

- Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.

5. Manual and amp; Documentation Verification

- Validate wiring diagrams specs pinouts and installation guides.

TRACK B PROCESS and amp; DISPATCH QC (SUPPLY PACKAGING LOGISTICS)

1. Incoming Material QC

- Inspect housings cables connectors packaging materials.

- Approve or reject supplier batches.

2. In-Process Quality

- Check wiring connector fit enclosure fitting assembly discipline.

- Verify FIFO storage labelling and ESD control.

3. Packaging and amp; Dispatch QC

- Verify product quantity foam fitting stickers manuals and labels.

- Inspect box strength taping and shock protection.

4. Logistics Quality

- Check courier handling fragile SOP adherence and transit conditions.

5. RCA (Non-Technical Returns)

- Analyse packing damage missing items cosmetic defects.

- Suggest process improvements.

SKILLS and amp; QUALIFICATIONS

- Diploma / BE in Electronics Electrical Manufacturing or related fields

- Strong observation documentation and QC discipline

- Experience in electronics QC or process/logistics QC preferred

- Familiarity with testing tools is a plus for Electronic QC

- Experience with warehouse QC and packaging QC is a plus for Process QC
