Electrical Technician North Yorkshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Technician to join a leading manufacturer of advanced systems based in North Yorkshire.
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic/electrical subassemblies from schematic diagrams drawings or verbal instructions and following works order instructions to ISO9001 standards.
- Wire and solder wiring harness and cable assemblies PC boards SMT transformer assemblies control consoles connectors
- Perform limited troubleshooting and testing of assemblies
- Perform limited computer controlled operations
- Ensure assembly/sub-assembly build times are met to maintain department efficiency target of 100%.
About You:
- ONC in electrical/electronic required but is not essential
- IEEE 18th Edition accreditation preferred.
- Experience in shop operations
- Experience with production processes and equipment
- A good understanding of electrical/electronic systems essential
