You willbe responsible foryour work andaccompanyyour concepts throughout the development life cycle and you are continuously broadening your horizon on design methods and technologies. Youworkin partnership with our extended global product teams to develop simple and intuitive user experiences for our customers and millions of users around the world.
What youll build
- A natural collaborator and communicator: you are able to develop and present design ideas in a large team environment.
- Prior experience working within a technical environment is a key requirement.
- You possess strong experience and interaction design skills as well as comprehensive knowledge of user-centered design principles.
- You have an affinity for consistency and a keen eye for subtle details.
- You are able to grasp and distill complex issues and translate them into clean focused understandable solutions.
- Youll work closely with Design Systems and Accessibility teams to ensure consistent and accessible design solutions.
- You should be a self-starter self-motivated able to work independently and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
What you bring
- 5years of experience in User Experience Design in the corporate space with a focus on software design across a variety of platforms.
- A great eye for detail demonstrated creative and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate concepts and designs through sketches wireframes high fidelity comps and prototypes.
- Able to function both independently and in team environment with solid collaboration skills.
- Enthusiasm and history working in an iterative design process motivated by group critique.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design work to large groups and stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in human computer Interaction Graphic Design Media Arts or other relevant experience.
- Experience designing and prototyping in Figma.
- Experience in mobile app and component design.
- Experience in designing for accessibility.
- You have a portfolio that displays a spectrum of creative design solutions.
