Job Summary and Responsibilities
This position provides oversight for the administration and operation of Employee Health Services within Yavapai Regional Medical Center. Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Monitors compliance with regulatory agency requirements including but not limited to OSHA Workers Compensation ADA and AZ Department of Health Services.
- Provides oversight for the administration of YRMCs Workers Compensation program.
- Oversees new hire processing for YRMC associated clinics/hospitals.
- Oversees daily activities of Employee Health staff.
- Ensures immunization TB surveillance compliance FIT testing and OSHA/NIOSH compliance.
- Collaborates with leadership and staff across the organization in the delivery of all Employee Health programs
Job Requirements
MINIMUM
- Bachelors degree or 5 years related experience in lieu of a degree
- Three (3) years healthcare experience
- Two (2) years leadership experience
PREFERRED
- Workers Compensation Admnistration experience
- Registered Nurse AZ
